About Prosper Therapy & Feeding Solutions

Our team specializes in helping families through feeding, body tension, and early developmental concerns.

At Prosper, we provide expert, evidence-based care that’s tailored to each child’s needs and rooted in compassion.

We’re here to support you with clarity, confidence, and care—so you and your baby can thrive together.

Our Approach:

We believe that feeding therapy should never involve force, pressure, or bribery.

Instead, our approach is:

  • Child-led and responsive: following your child’s cues to build trust and positive associations with food.
  • Play-based and sensory-aware: helping children explore new foods through touch, smell, and interaction before tasting.
  • Rooted in regulation: ensuring that sensory, postural, and oral-motor foundations are in place before focusing on bites or quantity.
  • Collaborative: working closely with parents to carry over strategies at home in a positive, pressure-free way.

What Makes Prosper Different:

Many feeding programs focus on getting a child to eat more—we focus on why they’re struggling in the first place.

We look at:

  • Muscle tone, posture, and coordination
  • Oral motor strength and sensory processing
  • Possible medical, structural, or emotional barriers to eating
  • By understanding the root cause, we help children progress at their own pace while protecting their confidence and connection with food.

Our goal is simple: to help your child enjoy eating again—one small step, one positive experience, and one safe bite at a time.

Our Partnerships:

At Prosper, we believe in supporting children where they spend their day. That’s why we partner with daycares and early learning centers across North Louisiana to make therapy more accessible for families.

Through these partnerships, our therapists can:

  • Provide on-site developmental screenings and consults
  • Offer early intervention services directly in the childcare setting
  • Train caregivers and teachers on strategies to support sensory regulation, motor development, and mealtime routines
  • Collaborate with parents to carry over therapy goals between home and daycare

These community partnerships allow children to receive high-quality, consistent support in natural environments—helping them reach their milestones faster and more confidently.
